What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a particular form of massage in which
the therapist works with fingers and thumbs on reflex areas found in the feet. Since each of these reflex areas correspond
to a distinct part of the body, it is possible to treat specific areas of the body.
Most people find reflexology a valuable form of relaxation,
and as well as being an effective means of maintaining overall good health and preventing illness, it is a potent remedy for

-
Constipation
-

-

-
